Workshop organized by École de Condé, at Le Signe - National
Center of Graphic Design in Chaumont.
On this occasion I was able to think for a week about the futur
of the codex through the digital age. During this week of reflection
was born In-4° (In Quarto). In-4° is an Internet platform that allows
you to define different profiles of readers and to generate short
customized and personalized stories for each profile.
The geometric illustrations of the covers form a unique
and identifiable collection in any library.

First of all, the reader has to answer a few questions in order
to establish his reader profile. After that, the platform suggests
several stories in the form of news. It also generates several
blankets thanks to the user’s choices. Thus, the latter has all
the tools to create with his own hands a book that correspond
to him.
After printing, he must assemble his book following the instructions provided.
